Chapel Hill, N.C. - Three University of North Carolina volleyball players have been named to the 1999 NCAA All-District III Team. Seniors Tori Seibert and Shannon Smith, along with junior Casey Simpson received the honor. This is the fourth time Seibert has been selected, the third time for Smith and the first selection for Simpson. The trio led the Tar Heels to one of the most successful seasons in school history in 1999, finishing 28-6, winning the ACC championship and advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
