UNC Volleyball Ranked No. 22
Nov. 2, 1999 Chapel Hill, N.C. - The North Carolina volleyball team is ranked no. 22 in the latest USA Today/AVCA Coaches Poll. It is the highest ranking ever for the Tar Heel volleyball team. The previous high was no. 23, set by the 1998 team. UNC advanced three spots after improving its record to 19-4 overall and 10-1 in the ACC by defeating N.C. State on Thursday.
