Chapel Hill, N.C. - The North Carolina volleyball team is ranked no. 22 in the latest USA Today/AVCA Coaches Poll. It is the highest ranking ever for the Tar Heel volleyball team. The previous high was no. 23, set by the 1998 team.

UNC advanced three spots after improving its record to 19-4 overall and 10-1 in the ACC by defeating N.C. State on Thursday. The Tar Heels will host Campbell University at Carmichael Auditorium tonight at 7:00 p.m. and later this week, will play at Wake Forest on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and at Duke on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
