Each team will receive instruction in hitting, fielding, base running, and team situations. Each player will receive video analysis and written evaluation of their hitting skills. After the team training sessions, round robin scrimmage games are held between participating teams. Each team is guaranteed two professionally umpired games.

Pitching and Catching Camp
Pitchers will be taught in-depth specifics of throwing pitches by UNC Pitching Coach, Beverly Smith and a staff of experienced pitching coaches. Learn drills that you can take home to develop or improve your rise, drop, curve and screwball. If you want to learn a new change-up, this is the camp for you! We recommend that pitchers have a strong base and understanding of pitching mechanics prior to attending. Catchers will be taught by an experienced catching staff. Instruction will include advanced techniques for blocking, throwing, framing, calling pitches and much more. July 13th & 14th

Advanced Camp
This is a camp for players who desire a higher level of instruction. Players will be divided into competitive teams for all sessions. Sessions will focus on team strategies as well as individual skill work beyond the basics. All sessions enable the players to learn and practice skills that are needed for success at the next level. This camp is designed for girls in grades 9-12. In order to enroll, you must have played at least one season on a High School Varsity team or will be playing on your Varsity team next year.
July 14th-17th

All-Skills Camp
Players will be divided into competitive teams for all sessions. Coach Donna Papa and a staff of experienced college and high school coaches will instruct participants of all skill levels. Fundamentals of the game will be emphasized- hitting, bunting, pitching, catching, infield and outfield play, base running, and game competi- tion. A strength training session is also offered. Demonstrations, drills, practice sessions and game competition are included in the sessions. The 8:1 camper to staff ratio allows for more individualized instruction. July 21st-24th
