2008: As a junior, appeared in 60 games, starting 56 as the designated player • Finished fifth on the team with a .296 batting average (47 for 156) • Scored 24 runs and drove in 25 on the year • Tallied eight games with two or more hits • Went 6 for 6 with six RBIs, four doubles and a home run against Campbell in a doubleheader on Feb. 20 • Earned MVP honors at the Carolina Classic after going 9 for 16 with nine runs scored, eight RBIs and five extra base hits • Went 3 for 4 with a run scored against Virginia on April 13 • Recorded an 11-game hitting streak from Feb. 8-20, going 21 for 32 (.656) during the run • Named to the All-ACC Academic Team.
