2006 NSCAA/adidas Regional Coach of the Year Award Goes To UNC's Dorrance

KANSAS CITY, MO. - A total of 142 coaches, working at levels from youth club to NCAA Division I, have been selected as 2006 NSCAA/adidas Regional Coaches of the Year. This group includes North Carolina's Anson Dorrance who won the NCAA Division I Award for the NSCAA's Southeast Region. Each is now eligible for selection as NSCAA/adidas National Coach of the Year for his or her respective level. Those winners will be announced on Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at the annual NSCAA Awards Banquet being held in conjunction with the NSCAA Convention in Indianapolis, Ind.
