Carolina Women's Soccer To Play Rugged Spring Exhibition Schedule

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Minus a quartet of four talented seniors off last month's NCAA championship squad, the North Carolina women's soccer team announced a spring schedule of exhibition games Monday that will pit the Tar Heels against some of the nation's best teams. All games are scrimmages but the spring practice period and schedule will be important in getting the Tar Heels ready for their national title defense next fall.

Sat., Feb 24: 3 Games vs Tennessee, Ohio State, and Illinois at UT in Knoxville, Tenn.

Sat., March 3: 2 games vs Duke at 9:00 am and Florida at 10:30 am at SAS Soccer Parek, in Cary, N.C.

Sat., March 31: round robin vs ACC teams in Greensboro, N.C.

Sat., Apr 14: 1 game vs TBD in Germantown, Maryland in Kicks for Cancer Tournament
