Four Tar Heels In Championship Flight At Harder Hall

SEBRING, FLA. - Four University of North Carolina golfers are participating in the 54th Harder Hall Women's Invitational and all four advanced to the championship flight (low 36 scorers) after Thursday's second round when the field was split into four flights - the championship flight, first flight, second flight and third flight.

Three Tar Heels fired a four-over-par 76 in Thursday's second round. Sydney Crane, a junior from Jamestown, N.C., has a 151 total and is tied for 16th place. Sophomore Jordan Allyne, from Bellevue, Wash., is one stroke back with a 152 total in 18th place while senior Lauren Hunt, from Little River, S.C., is tied for 19th place at 153. Catherine O'Donnell, a freshman from Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., shot a 79 in the second round for a 155 total and is tied for 26th place.

The 72-hole event continues through Saturday and is being played at Harder Hall Country Club which features a par 72, 6,151-yard layout.
