Tar Heels Celebrate Titles With Governor

The North Carolina field hockey and women's soccer teams celebrated their 2009 national titles on Friday with a visit to the Governor's Mansion. Bev Perdue, North Carolina's first female governor, hosted a reception for the teams and spoke to the student-athlete and coaches about the impact they can - and do - have on children, and girls in particular.
