GREENSBORO, N.C. - Six North Carolina wrestlers earned seeds Sunday when pre-seeding for the 2008 Southern Scuffle was released by host UNC Greensboro. The tournament begins Monday morning with live results and pay-per-view video streaming at SouthernScuffle.com.

Earning seeds for the Tar Heels were Vincent Ramirez (No. 3 at 141), Nick Stabile (No. 5 at 149), Thomas Scotton (No. 4 at 157), Keegan Mueller (No. 3 at 165), Ben Fiacco (No. 9 at 174) and Justin Dobies (No. 7 at heavyweight).

Ramirez leads Carolina with a 14-3 record, while the 19th-ranked Mueller checks in at 13-4, and the 20th-ranked Dobies is 13-6.
