Alabama Rolls North Carolina In Men's Tennis, 6-1

TUSCALOOSA, ALA. - The Alabama Crimson Tide won four of the five singles matches that were extended to three sets on Friday night and it powered Bama to a 6-1 men's tennis victory over the North Carolina Tar Heels. The loss was UNC's third in a row and dropped Carolina to 10-5 on the season. UNC's point came at the No. 3 singles spot where senior Geoff Boyd defeated Eric Moinar by a 7-6, 2-6, 6-3 score. The Tar Heels will next be in action this coming Wednesday when they play at NC State.
