Podcasting Assistant Lacrosse Coach Pat Myers

Oct. 6, 2008

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--New University of North Carolina assistant men's lacrosse coach Pat Myers stopped by Koury Natatorium Monday afternoon for the official weekly podcast here at TarHeelBlue.com for the UNC men's lacrosse program. Myers joined the staff in August after spending the past two years at Bucknell. He serves as Carolina's chief assistant coach, offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator.

Myers, a graduate of The Ohio State University where he played for Tar Heel head coach Joe Breschi, talked with us about fall ball, his playing and coaching background, the staff's offensive philosophy and what the Tar Heels are looking for in the recruiting process, which is now a 24/7/365 engagement in the world of college lacrosse.

Enjoy the podcast and TarHeelBlue.com will be back with another for men's lacrosse this Friday, featuring redshirt junior attackman Gavin Petracca.
