Navy To Host Tar Heels In NCAA Quarterfinals

ANNAPOLIS, MD. - The United States Naval Academy will play host to the 2009 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Quarterfinals on Sunday at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. No. 1 seed Virginia (14-2) will take on No. 8 seed Johns Hopkins (10-4) in the opener at 12 noon, while No. 3 seed Duke (14-3) will face off against No. 6 seed North Carolina (12-5) in game two.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for youth (17 and under). Tickets can be purchased at www.navysports.com, by calling 1-800-US4-NAVY or on game day at the Navy Box Office, which is located in the North End Zone of Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

The parking lot at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium will open at 6 a.m. (Gate 5), while the remaining gates will open at 9 a.m. There is a $10 charge to park. The Naval Academy Box Office will open at 10:30 a.m., while the stadium gates will open at 11 a.m.
