CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--The spring semester has commenced at the University of North Carolina and that means men's lacrosse season is not far off. UNC Associate Athletic Communications Director Dave Lohse had a chance to sit down for the first podcast of the semester with UNC senior captain Jack Ryan of Darien, Conn. on Wednesday.

Ryan is one of the four captains of this year's squad and is entering his third season as a full-time starter on close defense.
