April 26, 2001
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - North Carolina's men's lacrosse team spotted Pfeiffer the first goal of the game and then scored nine unanswered goals in the first quarter en route to a 27-7 victory over the Falcons on Thursday afternoon at Henry Stadium. UNC senior attackman Jeff Sonke scored two goals on the afternoon to move into fifth place all time at Carolina in career goals scored.
