Tickets for North Carolina's bowl game will go on sale on TarHeelBlue.com once an official destination is determined. That announcement is expected to come Sunday, Dec. 7. Soon after the announcement is made, tickets will go on sale to the general public. Ticket availability and seating priority will be given to Rams Club members and 2008 season ticket holders.
