North Carolina's football game vs. NC State on Saturday, Nov. 22 has been set for 12 noon and will be televised regionally by Raycom Sports, the ACC announced Monday. The Tar Heels (7-2, 3-2 ACC) enter the game ranked No. 17 in both the Associated Press and USA Today/ESPN coaches poll.
