North Carolina head coach Butch Davis has been named to three Coach of the Year watch lists this week. The second-year coach is a candidate for the 20th George Munger Award (presented by the Maxwell Club), the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award and the Bear Bryant Coach of the Year Award. Davis has the Tar Heels ranked No. 19 in all three major polls and in contention for the ACC's Coastal Divsion title.
