The Player's Lounge is named after Jimmy Jerome, class of '74, who was tragically killed in a car accident in 1975.

This room is dedicated to the memory of Jimmy Jerome of Rose Hill, North Carolina, a 1974 graduate of the University of North Carolina, an All-Atlantic Coast Conference football player who was greatly admired and respected by his fellow students, teammates, faculty and coaching staff.

The view as you enter the door of the Player's Lounge.

The lounge contains two pool tables, a ping-pong table, phone booths, large screen TV's, lounge furniture and vending machines.

The room contains two 52-inch Sony televisions, plus two other smaller TV's.

This Is Carolina Football has a mixture of photos depicting Carolina football.

Offense, Defense, Special Teams recognizes the three basic parts of football.
