Carolina added eight honored jerseys at the half. Harris Barton receives his from Dick Baddour. Barton, a 1986 All-America offensive tackle, won three Super Bowl titles with the 49ers.

Brian Blados receives his jersey from Chancellor Moeser. Blados was an All-America offensive tackle in 1983.

Irv Holdash's widow receives his jersey. Holdash was an All-America center/linebacker in 1950.

The late Bob Lacey's jersey is accepted by Sandy Kinney, his roommate at Carolina. Lacey was a star receiver on Carolina's 9-2 1963 Gator Bowl champions.

Paul Severin was an All-America end in 1939 and 1940. The Athletic Council added first-team A.P. All-America and ACC's Top-50 players to the criteria for receiving an honored jersey.

Amos Lawrence had four consecutive 1,000 yard rushing seasons at Carolina. Lawrence is Carolina's alltime leading rusher with 4,391 yards.

Kelvin Bryant had three 1,000 yards rushing seasons. Bryant, a three-time first-team All-ACC tailback, went on to have an excellent pro career.
