2003: Junior season
Played in all 12 games and started six • Started games against Florida State, Syracuse, Wisconsin, Virginia, East Carolina and Arizona State • Finished the season with 10 tackles, including five primary stops and five assists • Blocked three kicks, including extra points against Florida State and Arizona State and a field goal against Wake Forest • Had two tackles against Syracuse and Duke.
2002: Sophomore season
Saw some time at offense line, but switched back to defensive tackle early in the season • Finished the year with seven tackles, including two solo stops and five assists • Had three tackles in the season finale against Duke • Played in 11 games and saw his most extensive playing time at Wake Forest • Had one tackle at Wake Forest and two against Clemson.
2001: Freshman season
Played against Maryland and Clemson • Redshirted in 2000.
Orangeburg Wilkinson High School
Played for Coach Tommy Brown • Posted a 7-4 record as a senior • Made 195 tackles (including 70 solo), 11 quarterback sacks and 22 tackles for losses • Recovered two fumbles • Had 175 tackles, including five sacks, as a junior • An all-area, all-region and all-state selection • Named the defensive captain for the South team in South Carolina All-Star Game.
