Saw action at left guard against James Madison and South Florida in 2007 as a junior • Played in five games in 2006, including Rutgers, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Notre Dame and NC State, primarily on special teams on extra points and field goals • Did not play in 2005 due to a back injury which required surgery • Redshirted in 2004.

Union High School
Played offensive and defensive line at Union High School • Rated the No. 31 prospect in South Carolina by SuperPrep • Was a starter as a junior and senior • Played most of his career on the defensive line, but switched to offensive tackle as a senior • Had 60 tackles and six sacks as a junior.
