CHAPEL HILL - The University of North Carolina's men's basketball players and coaches will host the annual Carolina Basketball Holiday Clinic once again this winter, the team announced today.

The clinic will take place on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008, at Woollen Gymnasium on South Road in Chapel Hill. The cost is $30 per child, and all funds will benefit Chapel Hill-area charities.

For children in grades 1 through 4, registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the clinic will run from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. For children in grades 5 through 8, registration is at 11:30 a.m. and the clinic will run from noon to 2:00 p.m.

Registration will be at entrance to the basketball courts at Woollen Gymnasium. There is no pre-registration.
