Tyler Hansbrough's 87.2 free throw percentage would easily be the best mark in history by a Carolina big man and would rank fourth all-time among all Tar Heels.
Hansbrough's current career free throw mark of 78.4% would place him 21st all-time on the UNC list.
Danny Green had a negative assist/turnover ratio his freshman year but is on pace to have nearly a 2:1 such ratio as a senior.
The last time Ty Lawson had more turnovers than assists in a regular season game was Nov. 14, 2007, against Davidson.
The Tar Heels have spent a combined 22 weeks ranked number-one in the AP poll over the past two seasons--and had spent a combined 22 weeks ranked number-one in the AP poll in the 14 seasons prior to that.
