Sophomore Evan Watchempino, of El Dorado Hills, Calif., sat down with Helen Buchanan to talk about the UNC Challenge held September 18th and how he is preparing for the remainder of the cross country season.

Watchempino won the UNC Challenge for the second straight year. He ran the 8000-meter race in 24:57.10. Watchempino will compete next at the Notre Dame Invitational on Friday, October 2nd.
