Nadine Faustin-Parker is in her first year at the University of North Carolina as the Director of Track and Field Operations/Administration. She is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the annual budget, preparation for recruiting weekends, handling administrative operations, planning student-athlete related activities, scheduling, website maintenance, and aiding in the day-to-day operations of the Track and Field and Cross Country programs.

Faustin-Parker graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1999 as a student-athlete with All-America honors in the sport. She has been representing the Republic of Haiti in the 100m hurdles for the last nine years. Faustin-Parker is also a two-time Olympian having participated in the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games. She was a semi-finalist in Athens 2004. She is a national record holder in five different events. Faustin-Parker was inducted into the University of North Carolina Track and Field Hall of Honor on January 13, 2007. She trains under the direction of her coach and husband Anthony Parker, the Assistant jumps Coach at UNC. The Parkers reside in the Chapel Hill-Durham area.
