Named to USA Today's 2005 All-USA College Academic First Team • Competed in the mile and 3,000 during the indoor season • Competed in the 1,500 and the steeplechase during the outdoor season • Redshirted the cross country season after spending the fall semester studying abroad.
Sophomore Year:
Scored in the 5000 at the ACC Outdoor Championships, finishing eighth • Regional qualifier in the 1500 • Scored in the mile at the 2004 ACC Indoor Championships, finishing fifth • Also ran cross country, competing in the ACC and Southeast Regional Championships.
Freshman Year:
Competed in the mile and the 800 during the indoor season • Competed in the 1,500 and the 5,000 during the outdoor season • Also ran cross country.
Prep:
Named most valuable runner in both cross country and track in senior season • Selected as the Most Able Athlete of the Year in 2002 • Set the school cross country course record in the 5K with a time of 15:40 • Finished first at the 2001 New England Prep School Championships in the 1500 and 800 • Also won the 800 and 1,600-meter relay in 2002.
