Podcasting Swimming Captain Alison Clemens

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--TarHeelBlue.com had the opportunity Tuesday afternoon to sit down with UNC junior swimmer Alison Clemens of Staten Island, N.Y. to chat about Carolina's upcoming women's swimming and diving season which begins next Wednesday with a home meet against the Georgia Bulldogs at Koury Natatorium at 3 p.m. Associate Athletic Communications Director Dave Lohse had the privilege to talk to Clemens, a two-time NCAA Championships qualifier, about her new role as a Tar Heel team captain, her personal goals for the 2008-09 season and the way she views the integration of 16 new swimmers into Carolina's 35-woman squad and what challenges and opportunities.
