Podcasting With Women's Swimming Captain Lindsay McIlvain

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--TarHeelBlue.com had a chance Tuesday morning to sit down and chat with Lindsay McIlvain, one of the tri-captains of the 2008-09 University of North Carolina women's swimming and diving teams. McIlvain, who was an All-ACC selection and NCAA qualifier in 2007 when UNC won the ACC championship, shares captain's duties with Whitney Sprague and Alison Clemens. McIlvain talked about her role as a captain, what it is like to swim in the distance group at Carolina and her compelling personal story of overcoming injury after injury to finish four years as a competitive swimmer at Carolina.
