General: Enters her senior season as one of the most versatile swimmers on a deep women's squad...at the 2008 ACC Championships she swam and excelled at three new events, including both IM races...three-year letter winner...one of the team's most improved swimmers last season especially since she was swimming a new set of events. 2007-08 (Junior): Set career best times in the 200-yard individual medley at the ACC Championships with a time of 2:04.56 and in the 400-yard individual medley at the Nike Cup with a time of 4:25.56...swam the 1650-yard freestyle at ACCs and placed 10th with a career best of 16:49.60...she was a consolation finalist in both IM events at the league meet...academic team captain...named to 2007-08 ACC Academic Honor Roll. 2006-07 (Sophomore): Ranked in the top 5 on UNC's season-ending depth chart in the 50-, 100-, and 200-yard freestyles...swam on the 400 free relay team which won the ACC title and set the conference record...qualified for the NCAA Championships as a relay entrant...at the ACCs, she clocked career bests in the 50-yard freestyle and the 200-yard free where she took sixth in finals in the latter race...nabbed 10th in the 100-yard free with a time of 51.04...named to 2006-07 ACC Academic Honor Roll...an All-ACC selection...also tapped for All-ACC Academic Swimming Team. 2005-06 (Freshman): Played a major role in the sprint freestyle success of the Tar Heels in her first year in the program...led off the third-place 400-yard freestyle relay team at the ACC Championships with a career best 50.69 that was tops among Tar Heel women during 2005-06...won the consolation final of the 100-yard freestyle at the ACC's...took 12th in the 200-yard freestyle and anchored both the fourth place 800-freestyle relay and fifth place 400-medley relay.
