Eric Biener has been part of the University of North Carolina Olympic sports strength and conditioning staff since 2005. His primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for the men's lacrosse, women's tennis, and wrestling teams. Biener also assists in the design and implementation of programming for UNC's baseball, men's and women's soccer, track and field (sprint/hurdle), and volleyball teams.

Prior to Carolina, Biener worked as a strength and conditioning intern at the University of Central Florida. Biener assisted with implementation of strength and conditioning programs for almost every varsity sport while at UCF.

While gaining experience in the field, Biener earned his bachelor's degree from UCF in Sports & Fitness (2005) and his master's degree from UNC in Exercise Physiology (2007). He also holds certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS).
