Peterson, Leach, Steele Lead Men's Fencing In Temple Open

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Kraig Peterson led the Tar Heels and finished second overall in the men's epee at the Temple Open Sunday in Philadelphia, Pa. George Leach came in fifth overall in the foil and Jimmy Steele was eighth in the sabre to led Carolina.

The Heels had three top 10 finishers in the foil with Matt McMurray and Chad Haynes following Leach. Josh Webb came in ninth in the epee and Zephyr Mays was tenth in the sabre.
