Mary Willingham Position: Learning Specialist Education: BS: Psychology, Loyola University North Carolina K/12 LD Teaching Credential Master's: Liberal Studies, UNC Greensboro (2009)

Mary Willingham has been a part of the Academic Support Program since 2003. She previously taught at Chapel Hill High School, East Chapel Hill High School and The Hill Center. Before becoming a teacher, she worked as a Corporate Human Resource Manager/Trainer for 15 years, first at Ernst and Young and then at Amgen.

Willingham and her husband, Chuck, have three children, Megan, CJ and James. They live in Chapel Hill and enjoy the advantages that the UNC campus community has to offer.

Willingham is a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Student Athletes. She enjoys running and riding her bike to work every day possible.
