Beth Bridger joined the UNC Academic Support Program staff in the summer of 2006. She is the Learning Specialist for the football team.

Prior to coming to UNC, Beth served as an Academic Advisor in the Office of Student-Athlete Services at James Madison University. She was responsible for the men's basketball, volleyball, baseball, gymnastics, and archery teams. Bridger also coordinated the department's academic mentoring program.

Bridger completed her master's in Sport Administration at the University of Louisville in 2005. While at Louisville, she was a graduate assistant in the office of Academic Services for Athletes working primarily with the men's basketball and football teams. Bridger did her undergraduate work at East Carolina University, where she earned her degree in Special Education in 2003 and was a four-year member of the Lady Pirates softball team.
