    Ready2Hoop Basketball Strength and Conditioning camp is the perfect compliment to Carolina Basketball School or Sylvia Hatchell's Basketball Camp. Ready2Hoop is the most COMPLETE and INTENSIVE summer camp for male and female basketball athletes, ages 13 thru 18, interested in improving all aspects of strength and conditioning. The camp is jam-packed with instruction that will skyrocket your athletes' knowledge and abilities! Camp sessions are divided by ability, and campers learn under the guidance of members of the University of North Carolina strength and conditioning staff and some of the top performance enhancement specialists in the country.

    Camp Dates:
    Male athletes
    Dates: June 12th - June 13th
    Dates: June 19th - June 20th

    Female athletes
    Dates: July 3rd - July 4th
    Dates: July 10th - July 11th

    What will be taught
    In each camp, players receive a functional assessment, instruction in dynamic movement technique, linear and lateral speed development, vertical jump improvement (power development), proper weight training techniques, functional strength training, and performance nutrition all designed for the basketball athlete! At the conclusion of the camp, athletes will receive a complete Off-season training manual and be prepared to train for their upcoming basketball season!

    Facilities
    Camp is held at the Dean E. Smith Center where the University of North Carolina Men's and Women's Basketball athletes train.

    Housing and Meals
    Overnight campers are housed on the UNC campus at Avery Dormitory or Morrison Dormitory and "all you can eat" buffet style meals are served next door in Chase Dining Facility.

    What to bring
    Each camper receives a Camp T-shirt upon check-in. T-shirts and shorts are required for all practice sessions.
    Practice Clothes: Basketball shoes, T-shirts, gym shorts, and athletic socks.
    Personal Items: Summer clothes, toiletries, soap, towels, and a gym bag.
    Linens: Bring your own pillow, sheets, and blankets. (The beds are twin).
    Spending Money: Campers are responsible for their own valuables.
    The Ready2Hoop Basketball Strength and Conditioning Camp Staff do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items or money.

    Tuition
    The tuition is $175.00 (Overnight camper), $157.50 (Day Camper) and covers the cost of instruction, camp T-shirt, meals, and lodging (overnight campers only).
